Paul Kagame, president of Rwanda, and Tony Blair, former prime minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, joined Mike at the closing session of the 2013 Milken Institute Global Conference to discuss developing prosperity in Africa. The discussion centered on progress and challenges in providing more comprehensive health services and economic growth; seven of the fastest-growing economies in the world are in African nations.
