Janet Napolitano, president of the University of California and former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, joined Mike and Oaktree Capital Management CEO Howard Marks on a panel discussing leadership at the 2014 Milken Institute Global Conference. Napolitano also participated with fellow university presidents in a discussion on The Future of Higher Education.
