Mike was joined by Jingdong Hua, International Finance Corporation vice president and treasurer (left), George Washington University President Steve Knapp (right) and the first group of 18 IFC-Milken Institute Fellows who will study at an eight-month Capital Markets Certificate Program co-sponsored by all three organizations. The Capital Markets Program is designed to help mid-career professionals in sub-Saharan Africa and other emerging nations develop the analytical tools and practical experience to support job creation through capital-market development in their countries. The program is part of the Milken Institute's Center for Financial Markets.
