Mike conducted a wide-ranging interview with World Bank President Jim Yong Kim at the 20th annual Milken Institute Global Conference. Kim related a conversation he had during a visit to the Vatican: "Having spent 25 years in regional development and not-for-profit work knowing nothing about financial services, I have spent five years at the World Bank immersed in financial services. [I told] the Pope that it was a sin I did not understand capital allocation and its role in development for 25 years."
